5D/4N to China and Vietnam is it possible?

Do you think this is possible? I am not sure as I never go so many places at a time.

My friend says that she gets an offer to travel to below:
HK, Shenzhen China and Vietnam (Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City)

But will need to complete in dates given, so short notice!
