Well first I like to say that it is depend on the brand of your air conditioner and the HP of your air conditioner. One air conditioner will roughly cost $300 for chemical service and filling in the gas. I was told that some company charge the gas as well. That is crazy and I am not kidding as I have got such experience with these company and the fees cost up to $450 for one air conditioner.
If you are staying in the country like Malaysia you will want to have air conditioner at night. Unless you are living at Genting Highland or Cameron Highland which you can enjoy cool air which is free of charge.

Air Conditioner Remote Control
Since the tenant told me that she is not interested to use the air conditional I see no reason putting the remote control there. Today she sms me asking for the remote control, I have to go over there later to pass it to her.
Other than that will be asking her to give her photocopy of identification card. Hot weather today and there is some rain in the afternoon but still very hot.
