Exercise for good health

You can buy many things with money but you can't buy health, I love going to park with my son. He gets to play with his friends I get to walk with my sport shoes. I love exercise at park, sweating feel so good and I want to go everyday but I cant as weekend is family day. I hope my friend will walk with me but seems she has lot pain. She finds that the pain not going away so her decision is eat medicines. I feel going for walk no need hardworking but she finds it difficult.

I am sure everyone love freebie, who doesn't? There is no free meal in this world there is always terms and conditions for it just like taking part in giveaway. You never try you never know. Shopping is fun but do you ever consider whose money you are spending? I know some people just don't think of it, when comes to them they won't pay for it unless they have too.
